Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines:
Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link or tracking number will be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Address Changes
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched.

Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and, if possible, an unboxing video.
